Job Description: 

·         Releases cash to officers & employees in exchange for a duly signed/approved Working Advance Voucher (WAV).

·         Prepares replenishment for liquidated/unliquidated advances & reimbursements at certain point to revolve the fund.

·         Performs daily cash count & submits Petty Cash Count & Cash Position Report.

·         Submits the list of unliquidated WAVs from pending replenishment for monitoring of outstanding advances.

·         Ensures that cash is always physically secured & locked in vault when not in use.

·         Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
