  • Preparing payroll 
  • Monitoring and Encoding of Daily time record, Mandatory deductions, Loans, Variances, Advanced, Other Charges)
  • Printing of Payslip
  • Request payment to Accounting of JBS loan, Contribution, Last pay and Billing of manpower.
  • Preparing of 13th month pay
  • Updating SL/VL tracker
  • Preparing and Creating payment of contribution and loan for SSS, HDMF, PHIC
  • Go to SSS,HDMF, PHIC if needed
  • Creating employees mandatory application for new member if needed
  • Preparing and processing of SSS maternity reimbursement and other concerns related
  • Approving loans of SSS
  • Monitoring of portals SSS,PHIC,HDMF
  • Serving Memos for Tardiness and absences for budget king and fortune market
