All about who you know

Pros

You get to work from home. Growth Opportunity. I'll mention that I'd recommend it to a friend simply because I believe these difficulties just lay in the LOB that I work on. There are several prospects for advancement, and the pay is reasonable for an entry-level agent.

Cons

Ineffective operational leadership. There was a general lack of communication. It's like pulling teeth to get my Manager to rectify something, despite the fact that they have control and it's their job, and I'm left to explain why something hasn't been corrected. Favoritism is huge. It all comes down to who you know and who you grew up with.
